Delivery Times are 4 weeks maximum if the rug is not in stock.  Stock varies. All of our rugs ship folded in cardbard boxes and the creases come out in a few hours .  All ship at a standard rate except our 10' x 14' which ships "Oversize" Roughly our rugs weigh .45 lbs per square foot.  This is an estimated shipping weight (as this is a handcrafted item) and we are not responsible for variable weights due to packing and other factors.
Return authorization must  be recieved within 7 days of receipt of goods by customer and goods must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.  Returned goods must be in their original, individual packaging,and in saleable condition.Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.Shipping will not be reimbursed.
